Learn to use Document Management to efficiently store and access documents, and effectively manage the document approval and routing processes. You will explore ways to customize Desktop for use with Document Management, and review workflow, concepts, and terminology. You will become familiar with scanning, managing batches, classifying documents, assigning document types, sending batches to the Docuvault, routing documents, and sending documents from Sage Timberline Office directly to the DocuVault. Topics also include document security, managing documents from your Document Management inbox, and using queries to locate documents.
