Sage Software is pleased to announce the creation of the first Sage Abra HRMS Customer Advisory Council (CAC). This standing group of customer companies reflects and represents the diversity of Sage Abra users, from industry type and employee size, to modules used, geographic location, and business partner relationship. Meeting on a quarterly basis, by either conference call or in-person, the CAC discusses topics of interest to the Sage Abra user community.
The Sage Abra CAC provides us with invaluable feedback about the new product and services you would like to see from Sage Abra. We’re also gathering feedback about how customers prefer to communicate with Sage Software, the beta test process, and ways to improve upon our Sage Summit customer conference.
Participants have expressed enthusiasm for the CAC. Lisa Rutherford, SPHR, senior vice president and director of human resources at First Bank says, “I am participating on the Sage Abra CAC to have a stronger voice in helping to make the software even better. Since 1995, I have used Sage Abra at various companies, and think it is an awesome HR management system. So far, my CAC experience has been very positive. While it is too early to say how much we will get accomplished this year, the two meetings we have had were certainly productive.”
